BACK FROM CAMP. i doubt anyone missed me. )): NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOUL TAGGED AT MY BLOG LAR. ))): argh! well. anyway. im still gonna blog. this post is just gonna be words. and more words. so. you maybe want to skip this post? anyway. i'll upload the pics if i get them. ((:
DAY1.
went to school. got into our groups. which was also our squads. but we had sec4s as our mentors. reena and jiawen was our mentor. i'll just leave out what we did in AVT. lol. we was suppose to change to our camp shirt. and. gather at foyer there. yup. then we went to pulau ubin. suppose to solve the questions given and find out where we suppose to go. we all gathered at the basketball court before setting off. we had a long time solving the first question. lol. then we actually had to go to the basketball court. lol! we was suppose to play captain's ball. then was suppose to piggyback. kaiping piggyback me for awhile. then i went to piggyback yanling. then i think i was too tired or something. then i fell down. good thing yanling landed on me. if not i'll be feeling so guilty. yar. so anyway. they all said i look pale. so we went to rest. then ms wong gave me a sweet. then i was alright already. haha. so we continued the journey lor. had dorm duty and alot else. yea.
DAY2.
2am++ in the morning. we was woken up. why? FIRE DRILL. we had to do it twice! ahh. woke up like. 4++ hours later. we had some team building thing. yar. was quite fun lar. ((: we also had drill lar. TIRING. and before that. we had our free time. and we was forced to sleep! yar. my group have dinner duty. so yvonne and i was let off early. nth else much. but we slept better.
DAY3.
THE FUNNEST! we got this salad competition thing. so my group decided to do fruit salad. we bought alot of fruits. and we overspend by 1.10bucks. yup. then our speech for the salad was:
there are different fruit and they are of different colour. they are a way same as us as we all have differnt personalities and we coming together as a group. we are also in a way same as them as the fruits have a common purpose is to let us have a healthy lifestyle. and we have the same purpose to serve god.
haha. the m'am said i was having a hard time memorising the lines. -.- lol. anyway. had a really fun time doing everything. from buying the fruits. to making the salad. very fruit- filling. haha.
DAY4.
devotion was interesting. i had a hard time squeezing my sleeping bag lar! lol. we also had a hard time washing the toilets. i mean. i didnt lar. but i was running up and down. lol. we went to KFC later on. had alot of fun. then went to blk108. was suppose to play basketball. but i dont even know how to shoot lar! ahh! went home at around 5+.
ahh. i find this camp really very fun. i actually wanted to go home. cos it was really strict in the camp. good thing i didnt. i had alot of fun afterall actually. i learnt alot from the camp lo. to do what you are suppose to do when its time. to have self control. yar. i think i bonded with huiqing. kinda deepen our friendship in some ways? yar. those little talks at night with huiqing really makes me feel that shes a very nice friend.
